- Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) - 300 mg
- Organic Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera) - 300 mg
- Cramp Bark (Vilurnum opulus) - 160 mg
- Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) - 150 mg
- Magnesium (as Amino Acid Chelate) - 110 mg
- Rehmannia glutinosa root (5:1 extract) - 75 mg
- Coleus forskohlii (18% extract) - 50 mg

- Take 3 x capsules in the morning or midday daily, can be taken altogether or split between meals.
