Vedafil (sildenafil) is used to treat men with erectile dysfunction, or impotence. Impotence manifests as a failure to achieve or sustain an erection of the penis during sexual intercourse or any other sexual activity. Vedafil works by relaxing blood vessels in your penis when you are sexually excited. This allows blood to flow into your penis, allowing you to get an erection. Vedafil will only work if you are sexually excited. It will not increase your sex drive.

Sildenafil 25mg
Take sildenafil as directed by your doctor. Take about one hour before having sex. Do not take more than one dose per day.
Do not take Vedafil if you are being treated for angina (chest pain) or other heart conditions with certain medicines called nitrates (e.g. Isosorbide mononitrate, Nitrolingual Pumpspray, Lycinate). Discuss with your doctor or pharmacist.
