 Only 1 application required every 24 hours. Apply sparingly at first. Massage a small amount daily to the required area. Increase daily for extra warmth if desired to suit your comfort level. For pre-sport warm-up routine, apply 1/2 hour before activity. With one application, Percutane's distinct formula provides prolonged benefit. A hot shower, further exercise or perspiration can temporarily re-active the warming benefit. Wash hands with soap thoroughly after use.
