Stuffy nose? Try Otrivin Menthol Spray 0.1% 10ml: This nasal decongestant specially formulated with methanol provides quick relief from nasal congestion caused due to colds, sinus and allergies.

Unlike an oral decongestant, Otrivin goes straight to work reducing swelling in your nasal passages and sinuses, providing relief that can last for up to 10 hours.

0.1% xylometazoline hydrochloride; menthol; eucalyptus

Adults and children over 12 years, 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.

Do not use more often than every 8-10 hours.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For children aged 6-11 years, Otrivin Junior is available.

Do not use:

  • In children 12 years and under.
  • If you are allergic to xylometazoline.
  • After recent operations through the nose or mouth.
  • If you have narrow angle glaucoma.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or are trying to get pregnant.


Prolonged use for more than 5 days is not recommended. If congestions persists for more than 3 days, seek medical advice.
Excessive use may damage lining of nose. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Each pack should only be used by one person, for hygiene reasons.
Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat. Discard one month after first opening.
