Adults and children 12 years and over:
Dissolve 1 - 2 sachets in a glass of cold water. May be taken up to 4 times daily.

Avoid coffee, alcohol, soft drinks with caffeine, citrus juices and spicy foods until your bladder infection has cleared. These items can irritate your bladder and aggravate the infection.

People prone to urinary tract infections may find cranberry capsules helpful in the prevention of further infections.

Men and children with cystitis must see their doctor.

Check any other current medicines as interactions with other medications may occur.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if pain or irritation persists for more than 48 hours.

Seek immediate medical help if there is blood in the urine or lower back pain.

Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age unless advised to do so by a doctor.

Check with a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine if:

• You are taking other medicines
• You have kidney problems
• Heart problems
• High blood pressure
